Last updated 2026-10-19. These terms cover your use of lithos3pl.com. Access to and use of the Lithos 3PL™ platform is governed by a separate written agreement between TruGen Labs Inc. and each operator, and nothing on this site forms part of that agreement.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by TruGen Labs Inc., Las Vegas NV ("TruGen Labs", "we"). Lithos 3PL™ is our fulfillment platform.
2. Information only
The content of this site describes the Lithos 3PL platform for information. It is not an offer, a specification or a warranty. Features, availability and roadmap items (marked "coming") may change without notice. Whether a feature is included for a particular operator is set out in that operator's agreement.
3. Screenshots and sample data
Screenshots on this site are taken from a demonstration environment populated with fictitious companies, people, products and figures. Any resemblance to real businesses or persons is coincidental. They are not customer data and do not represent any customer.
4. No pricing on this site
Pricing and commercial terms for the platform are set per engagement and are only valid in a written proposal from TruGen Labs. Nothing on this site is a quotation.
5. Intellectual property
The site, its text, design and images are owned by TruGen Labs. You may view and link to the site. You may not copy, reproduce or republish its content or screenshots without written permission, except for brief quotations with attribution. "Lithos 3PL" and the Lithos mark are trademarks of TruGen Labs Inc. UPS is a trademark of United Parcel Service of America, Inc. Shopify, WooCommerce and BigCommerce are trademarks of their respective owners. Their use here is for identification only and implies no affiliation or endorsement.
6. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to interfere with the site or its hosting, probe or scan it beyond normal browsing, or use its contact addresses for unsolicited bulk mail.
7. Links
The site may link to other sites, including trugenlabs.com. We are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability and fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TruGen Labs is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
