How it works

From a call to your floor running on Lithos.

Onboarding is done with you, not handed to you. Your instance, your clients and your UPS account are set up together, and your floor is trained before anything switches.

  1. A walkthrough

    A short call. You show us how orders come in today, how stock is counted and how you bill. We show you Lithos on sample data, mapped to your day. You get a written summary either way.

  2. Your own instance

    A dedicated Lithos instance on your own subdomain, with its own database, its own UPS connection and its own secrets. It runs on infrastructure TruGen Labs owns and operates, not on a rented public cloud, and your data stays yours.

  3. Setup, together

    We load what you have and set up what you don't.

    • Clients, their contacts and their team logins
    • SKUs, barcodes, product pictures and (where they apply) lots and expiry dates
    • Your UPS account, and any client accounts that ship at their own rates
    • Ship-from branding, packing slip and label settings per client
    • Staff accounts and roles, the warehouse PC and its scanner and printers
    • Price lists and billing lines for storage, handling and shipping

  4. Floor training

    Your warehouse works the pick list, scans picks, buys labels and receives stock on the real screens with test orders before any client order goes through.

  5. Clients come aboard

    Each client gets their portal login and a short tour. They can place orders, watch stock and read invoices from day one; their API or CSV feeds are set up if they have them.

  6. The switch, and after

    You switch intake to Lithos when the floor is ready. From then on, releases arrive with in-app release notes and a what's-new tour; issues go to support@lithos3pl.com or the report-an-issue button on any screen. Founding Operators also get a direct line to the builders.

What you need on your side

Hardware

A warehouse PC

Any current Windows PC with a browser, a handheld barcode scanner (keyboard-wedge type) and your label and document printers.

Carrier

A UPS account

Your own UPS account, connected once. Clients who ship on their own UPS accounts connect theirs.

Data

Your client and SKU lists

Spreadsheets are fine. We import products in bulk and set up clients with you.
