Where Lithos comes from

Lithos was not designed for a market and then sold into it. It was built to run a real fulfillment warehouse: receiving, lots, client orders, pick lists, UPS labels, invoices, and the questions clients ask after hours. Every feature exists because someone on that floor needed it, and the warehouse runs on it every day.

That shows in the details. A shortfall holds the order instead of quietly shorting it. A client can fix their own order until the label exists. Receiving a line creates the lot and hands the floor a shelving task. Labels bought for a client roll into that client's invoice. None of that is a feature list; it is a day on the floor, written down.

How we run it

• One instance per operator. Your database, your UPS connection, your secrets. No shared tenants.
• Infrastructure we own. Lithos runs on servers TruGen Labs owns and operates, not on a rented public cloud. Your data stays where we can account for it.
• The builders are the support. Issues and requests go to the people who write the code.
• Small on purpose. A limited number of Founding Operators shape the roadmap before the doors open wider.
