Lithos 3PL™ runs a working fulfillment operation every day. It is now opening to a small number of independent 3PLs. Founding Operators are the first of them, and the offer reflects that.

What it is

A limited first group of operators who run their business on their own Lithos instance, with onboarding done alongside them and a direct relationship with the people who build the product. In return, what they ask for shapes what gets built next.

A dedicated instance with its own database, its own UPS connection and its own subdomain, on infrastructure TruGen Labs owns. No shared tables, no shared tenants.

Clients, SKUs, UPS, branding, staff and the warehouse PC set up together, with your floor trained on real screens before the switch.

A direct line to the builders and a regular call. Carriers beyond UPS, store connectors and whatever your floor needs next are prioritised with Founding Operators.

  • Card payment collection inside the platform (clients pay you as they do today; Lithos keeps the ledger)
