Privacy notice

1. This website

lithos3pl.com is a static information site operated by TruGen Labs Inc., Las Vegas NV. It sets no cookies, runs no scripts, and uses no analytics, advertising or social-media trackers. All fonts, images and styles are served from this domain; nothing on the page loads from third parties.

Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, requested page, referrer, browser type, time) for security and operations. Logs are retained for a limited period and then deleted.

2. Email you send us

If you email sales@lithos3pl.com, info@lithos3pl.com or support@lithos3pl.com, we keep your message and our reply to answer you and to follow up about Lithos. Our mail is handled on servers TruGen Labs operates. We do not sell or share your contact details, and we do not add you to a mailing list without asking.

3. The Lithos platform

When Lithos runs for a fulfillment operator, that operator's instance holds the operator's business data and its clients' data: user accounts, products, inventory, orders with recipient names and shipping addresses, shipments and tracking, invoices and credit records, and an audit log of actions in the system.

• Roles. The operator decides what data goes into its instance and is responsible to its own clients for it. TruGen Labs hosts and operates the instance on the operator's behalf, under the operator's service agreement, and processes data only to run, secure, back up and support it.
• One instance per operator. Each operator has a separate instance with its own database. Data is not pooled across operators.
• Carrier. To buy a shipping label, the recipient's name, address and contact details and the parcel details are sent to UPS, whose own privacy terms then apply to that shipment.
• Email. Notifications (order confirmations, shipping and delivery emails, invoices, sign-in verification codes, alerts) are sent from mail servers TruGen Labs operates. Every message sent is recorded in the instance's email log.
• Sign-in and security. Passwords are stored hashed. Sign-in uses an emailed verification code. Sessions, sign-in attempts and admin actions are logged, including IP address and device information, so that activity on an account can be explained to the operator.
• Hosting. Instances run on infrastructure TruGen Labs owns and operates. We do not place platform data with public cloud providers. Backups are kept to restore an instance after a failure and are held for a limited period.
• Retention. Data is kept for the life of the operator's engagement and as long as the operator needs it for its own records. When an engagement ends, the operator receives an export and the instance is retired on an agreed schedule.
• Your rights. If you are a client or a buyer of an operator that uses Lithos, direct requests about your data to that operator; it controls the data and we help it respond. You can also write to info@lithos3pl.com.

4. What we don't do

• No advertising, profiling or sale of personal data, on this site or in the platform.
• No tracking across other websites.
• No card numbers: Lithos does not process card payments.

5. Children

This site and the platform are for businesses and are not directed at children.

6. Changes

If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes to how the platform handles data are communicated to operators directly.
